★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar sem qualquer compromisso com o cliente. Liguei na quinta a tarde perguntando se poderia levar meu celular na sexta, a moça que me atendeu falou que só aceitariam até as 15h. Chegando a loja as 13:42 me deparo com a poeta fechada e sou informada de que estão sem sistema desde QUARTA DE MANHÃ!!!! Perdi meu tempo!!!!! Como a motorola deixa esse tipo de estabelecimento ser autorizada??
 Place without any commitment to the customer. I called on Thursday afternoon asking if I could take my cell phone on Friday, the girl who answered said they would only accept until 3pm. Arriving at the store at 13:42 I find the poet closed and I am informed that they have no system since WEDNESDAY MORNING !!!! I lost my time!!!!! How does Motorola let this type of establishment be authorized ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento técnico horrível. No 1o atendimento dei entrada com um problema (problema 1), o aparelho voltou com problema número 1 e outro problema que antes não havia (2). Levei para 2o atendimento, depois de 15 dias, o aparelho saiu com problema 3 que não havia (todo som saia chiado, video, toque). No 3o dia fui lá, por insistência fizeram conserto na mesma hora (parece que tinha um fio solto- originado do 2o conserto) e se negaram a fazer documento que relatasse tal conserto, dessa forma, caso tenha problmea desse 3o problema, nao terei garantia do conserto. Atendimento tenebroso e muito demorado, ambiente ruim.
Horrible technical service. In the 1st service I entered with a problem (problem 1), the device returned with problem number 1 and another problem that was not there before (2). I took it to the 2nd service, after 15 days, the device came out with a problem that there was 3 (all sound came out hissing, video, ringing). On the 3rd day I went there, insistently they repaired at the same time (it seems that there was a loose thread - originated from the 2nd repair) and refused to make a document that reported such repair, so, if you have a problem with this 3rd problem, I will not have a guarantee of the repair. Dark and very slow service, bad environment.
