★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui com minha mãe pra fazer um exame, a recepcionista me informou pessoalmente que toda segunda é feito esse tipo de exame, informou que era pra tá lá no horário da manhã, a clínica tem o número de todos os pacientes na qual vão fazer esse exame, pois bem cheguei lá e fui informada que tinha acontecido um imprevisto e que hoje era impossível realizar tal exame, como uma clínica particular tem um atendimento desses? Uma coisa tão simples é só avisar ao paciente via whatsapp que não poderia atender, fica a dica para os donos, pois dessa maneira vão começar a perder pacientes.
