★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive muitos problemas nesse condomínio , por lá as pessoas fazem o que querem , algazarra , bagunça , gritaria . Não é o lugar certo para quem precisa de silêncio e ordem para seus negócios .

Mas tenho 2 observações a fazer .
1..A recepcionista mesmo que esteja com tempo ocioso , acho que ao entrar alguém no edifício deveria ser mais solicita, largar o celular e dar atenção a pessoa que entrou, olhar nos olhos e no mínimo ser agradável..
Entrei, sai , e sentada mexendo no celular estava e sentada ficou.
Acabei de sair de lá...umas 16:30/16:40 dia 28/04.
2...O Jardim encima da Pedra que provavelmente não faz parte do edificio na entrada, é muito agradável e bonito, Poreemmmm cheio de côco de cachorro...poderiam ajudar e colocar alguma placa proibindo os animais de fazer cocô ali...e dar uma limpeza.
The building itself is very nice.
But I have 2 observations to make.
1. The receptionist, even with idle time, I think that when someone enters the building, they should be more solicitous, drop their cell phone and pay attention to the person who entered, look them in the eyes and at least be pleasant.
I got in, got out, and sitting with my cell phone, I sat and sat.
I just left there ... around 16: 30/16: 40 on 28/04.
2 ... The Garden on top of the Stone, which is probably not part of the building at the entrance, is very nice and beautiful, Poreemmmm full of dog poop ... they could help and put a sign forbidding animals to poop there ... and clean it up.
