★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, na forma de entrega das cinzas. Recebemos as cinzas do nosso amigo em um envelope, dentro de uma bolsa. Achei desumano. Faltou a empresa apresentar a família formas de guardar essas cinzas. A falta de preparo do funcionário em lidar com um momento tão delicado, deixou por demais a desejar. Sugiro a empresa avaliar o tratamento q esta sendo dado aos clientes.
 Terrible, in the way of delivering the ashes. We received our friend's ashes in an envelope, in a bag. I thought it was inhuman. The company lacked to present the family with ways of storing these ashes. The employee's lack of preparation to deal with such a delicate moment left much to be desired. I suggest the company evaluate the treatment that is being given to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cemitério tem uma estrutura bem montada mas a manutenção aos túmulos foi totalmente esquecida.
Grama mal cuidada, vasos de flores caídos sobre os túmulos... Após 3 meses do falecimento do meu pai o túmulo não recebeu cuidados. A placa ainda não foi colocada. Mensalmente vou ao escritório tentar resolver a questão, já deixei solicitação por escrito e não recebo resposta. Parece que o atendimento é somente para aquisição dos túmulos.
Sabemos da gravidade da situação atual, mas não justifica um cemitério particular não ter funcionários suficientes para cuidar dos túmulos.
The cemetery has a well-assembled structure but maintenance of the tombs has been totally forgotten.
Poorly tended grass, flower pots fallen on the tombs... After 3 months of my father's death, the tomb was not taken care of. The card has not yet been placed. I go to the office every month to try to resolve the issue, I have already left a written request and I do not receive an answer. It seems that the service is only for the acquisition of the tombs.
We know the seriousness of the current situation, but it doesn't justify a private cemetery not having enough staff to take care of the graves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após 15 anos sem precisar usar o plano, em agosto minha mae veio a falecer, e prestaram um serviço seboso comigo, minha familia e minha mãe, nao tinham controle das exumações que tinha pendentes que em contato pessoalmente e por telefone era 1 a ser feita, 1 hora antes do enterro ligaram dizendo que eram 2, o caixão da minha mae veio tricando na ponta, pregos amostra na tampa, dentro de um carro cheio de grama, pa, areia...foi feito uma tanatopraxia que por sinal mal feita, no dia seguinte, minha mae estava com a boca toda escura e saindo secreção, serviço foi vendido pelo proprio funcionario do cemiterio, garantido que nao sairia secreção alguma, a certidão de óbito da minha veio como se ela fosse do sexo masculino, desde então busco contato com os responsaveis e me deram o nome da sra. Luzia,que por sinal desde 04/08 não me da retorno algum das minhas reclamações, sempre eu ligo e tem uma desculpa e nada em relação ao serviço seboso que eles prestaram.
