Agora a parte ruim tem uma medica psiquiatra, que so chega atrasada , e na clinica nao tem outros números para contato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar e atendimento quase 2h esperando para um raio x os funcionários desinformados e estrutura a desejar não sei como locais como esse ainda sobrevivem abertos um total descaso com cliente não recomendo nem para aferir a pressão.
Quanto ao tempo eu também tenho os registros cheguei na clinica 9:30 só na primeira recepção foi essa 1h sai da clinica 12:15.
A atendente da 2 recepção além de não saber o que é atendimento ao público é totalmente arrogante e despreparada não esta no local certo pois para trabalhar com pessoas tem que ter empatia e cordialidade.
Quanto as suas credenciais não esta fazendo mais do que obrigação.
Dos setores que passei só escapou a médica que fez o primeiro atendimento onde ate a mesma questionou a recepção pois não me informou o que iria fazer e o operador do raio x que foi cordial e agil de forma educada.
Esse canal é um termômetro para sua empresa se você fizer uma pesquisa de satisfação junto aos seus pacientes vera que minha insatisfação é comum com muitos dos seus pacientes.
Bad place and service almost 2 hours waiting for an x-ray uninformed employees and structure to be desired I don't know how places like this still survive open a total disregard for the customer I don't recommend even to measure the pressure.
As for the time I also have the records I arrived at the clinic at 9:30 am only at the first reception it was at 1 am I left the clinic at 12:15 pm.
The attendant at the 2 reception, in addition to not knowing what public service is, is totally arrogant and unprepared, she is not in the right place because to work with people you have to have empathy and cordiality.

Of the sectors I passed, only the doctor who did the first care escaped, where she even questioned the reception because she didn't tell me what she was going to do and the x-ray operator who was cordial and polite in a polite way.
