★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei 7:00 da Manhã para fezer exame de sangue saimos depois das 9:00 da manhã. Só tem uma pessoa para colher o sangue do paciente, ficamos mais de uma hora esperando ser chamada para colher o sangue muito demorado de um paciente para o outro, um descaso não adianta reclamar eles sempre tem uma desculpa, já fiz exames de sangue varias vezes na Cemiclim e sempre foi assim.
Apartir de hoje não faço mais e a atendente ainda furou o braço da minha filha errado de propósito, porque fui reclamar na direção por causa da demora, se não tem condições de atender feche isso que vocês chamam de clinica e lembrem-se que vocês precisam dos pacientes, nada ai e de graça. Vergonha de ter vocês no nosso Estado?é para conseguir ser atendido por telefone só se for na sorte,?

As of today, I don’t do it anymore and the attendant still punctured my daughter’s wrong arm on purpose, because I went to complain about the driving because of the delay, if you don’t have the conditions to close this thing you call a clinic and remember that you need of the patients, nothing there and for free. Ashamed of having you in our state?is to be able to be answered by phone only if you are lucky, ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Em meio a pandemia, infelizmente, a decisão da diretoria da clínica foi de impedir a entrada de acompanhante no recinto. Senti - me indignado ao ser barrado na na entrada da clínica e não poder acompanhar minha mãe na realização dos exames. Isso porque o dono desse estabelecimento não pensou no outro, total falta de empatia. Além disso, a explicação do segurança foi que se entrasse ocuparia a vaga de um cliente, evidenciando o olhar somente para o lucro de um empresário dono de clínica totalmente não empático. Uma péssima escolha para se adequar as novas regras de convivência com distanciamento social, visto que não houve uma preocupação com a necessidade do acompanhante para certos tipos de exames que exigem essa companhia. Manifesto aqui a insatisfação com essa decisão absurda que reintero é descabida de valores e só evidência o interesse no lucro.

A terrible choice to adapt to the new rules of living with social distance, since there was no concern about the need for a companion for certain types of exams that require this company. I express my dissatisfaction here with this absurd decision that I reiterate is unreasonable in values and only shows interest in profit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na clínica um dia antes pra marcar uma tomografia do tórax, expliquei sobre a covid , perguntei inúmeras vezes se poderia fazer , e a atendente me disse que sim , marcou pra o outro dia 7h, chegando lá outra atendente já me informou q eles não iriam fazer pq não tinha 14 dias do resultado do exame, somente do início dos sintomas , resumindo dei viagem perdida e deixei de fazer o exame em outro lugar , por informações divergentes de pessoas da própria clínica, tive que adiar meu exame , e só poderei fazer na segunda agora, sendo q preciso o mais breve possível, pra olhar possíveis sequelas da covid ou uma pneumonia silenciosa.Vocês foram péssimos!
I went to the clinic the day before to schedule a chest CT scan, explained about the covid, asked several times if I could do it, and the attendant told me that yes, she scheduled for the other day at 7 am, when another attendant arrived there already informed me that they were not they would do it because there was no 14 days of the exam result, only the beginning of the symptoms, in short I missed the trip and stopped taking the exam elsewhere, due to divergent information from people in the clinic, I had to postpone my exam, and I will only be able to do on Monday now, being q as soon as possible, to look for possible sequelae of covid or a silent pneumonia. You were terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao recomendo, no dia 08/06/2021 fiz uma ultrassom transvaginal e uma ultrassom abdominal total, porque estava com sangramento constante, a funcionária que fez meu exame disse que não tinha motivo para o sangramento, que não tinha nada anormal, nenhum cisto e nenhum mioma, A exatos 76 dias despois fiz uma nova ultrassom em outra clinica e o médico disse que tenho cisto nos 2 ovários. Como pode em apenas dois mês um diagnóstico totalmente diferente, numa dessas falhas as pessoas correm risco de morte, será que vocês não tem consciência que estão lhe dando com a vida das pessoas. Sinceramente não recomendo a Cemiclin, joguei meu dinheiro no lixo.
I do not recommend it, on 06/08/2021 I had a transvaginal ultrasound and a total abdominal ultrasound, because I was with constant bleeding, the employee who performed my exam said that there was no reason for the bleeding, that there was nothing abnormal, no cyst and no myoma, exactly 76 days later I had a new ultrasound in another clinic and the doctor said that I have cysts in 2 ovaries. How can a totally different diagnosis in just two months, in one of these failures people are at risk of death, is it that you are not aware that you are dealing with people's lives. I honestly don't recommend Cemiclin, I threw my money in the trash.

O custo benefício compensa, pois outras empresas estavam com o valor bem mais alto. A clínica é simples, limpa e organizada.
Fui bem atendida e todas as vezes e os resultados saíram no prazo estimulado.
Só senti falta de conseguir agendar via internet, todas as vezes precisei ligar.
I took some tests at the clinic and my experience was very positive.
The cost-benefit pays off, as other companies had a much higher value. The clinic is simple, clean and organized.
I was well attended and every time and the results came out within the stimulated deadline.
I just missed being able to schedule via the internet, every time I had to call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse daria zero mas como não tem vai 1 estrela , atendimento péssimo, o zap ninguém responde , atendimento pessoalmente pior , nada adianta ter "nome" ou "fama" se o atendimento deixa a desejar. Não indico a ninguém, essa clínica aqui da rua de Bahia só tem status .
If I could, I would give zero, but as it doesn't have 1 star, terrible service, zap no one responds, personally worse service, there's no use having "name" or "fame" if the service leaves something to be desired. I don't recommend it to anyone, this clinic here on Rua de Bahia only has status.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito. Nunca mais vou a essa clínica. Agendei uma consulta às 10 horas com a médica Juliana Teles para exame periódico. Chego na clínica às 9 e sou informada que a médica já foi. Dizem que me ligaram, mas estava na estrada por 1 hora e 30 e fui direto para a clínica. Não tinha como atender, nem como chegar mais rápido, visto que o horário previsto para consulta era 10 horas.
Nunca mais piso nesse lugar, nem marco nada com essa médica.
Lack of respect. I will never go to that clinic again. I scheduled an appointment at 10 am with the doctor Juliana Teles for a periodic examination. I arrive at the clinic at 9 am and am told the doctor is gone. They say they called me, but I was on the road for 1 hour and 30 and I went straight to the clinic. There was no way to answer, nor how to arrive faster, since the scheduled time for consultation was 10 am.
I will never step foot in this place again, nor do I schedule anything with this doctor.
