★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A agencia da Cemig en Viçosa, está fechado desde o inicio da pamndemía,. seu telefone não é atendido , chamar á central não resolve nada, total falta de respeito com seus clientes, acho q´as autoridades competentes atuar ante este caso de irresponsabilidade, mais sendo um serviço básico. Dou uma estrela porque zero o negativo não existe.

Phone doesn't work. Horrible service, I scheduled service on the website so I wouldn't have to wait in line for hours and when I got there it wasn't working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É legal demais o fato de esse ano a luz ter caido 6x somente na minha rua, Av. das Arábias, Bairro Santa Clara em Viçosa MG e todas as vezes o suporte me atendeu mas pra marcar a volta dela somente de madrugada ou de manhã, hoje caiu 21 hrs da noite e só voltou agora e o suporte marcou a consulta só pras 4 da manhã, não sei se é marcação ou o que mas é meio revoltante só cair aqui, se pudessem resolver isso eu aumentaria a nota, mas agora, 1 é até muito
