Terceirizados que preta serviço com gente de nível muito ruim e inacessível. Até o relógio da minha última casa foi colocado por eles totalmente torto dentro da caixa.
Cemig is bad in all respects. Slow call at the office. CEMIG's APP and website provide direct and bad feedback. Outsourced that black service with people of very bad and inaccessible level. Even the clock in my last house was placed by them completely crooked inside the box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pai foi fazer troca de titularidade e falaram que é feito apenas através do site da Cemig. Isso não faz o menor sentido, qual a funcionalidade de ter um local chamado Cemig Fácil? Muitas pessoas tem dificuldade de acessar à Internet. Foi uma péssima experiência.
My father went to change ownership and they said that it is only done through Cemig's website. That doesn't make any sense, what is the functionality of having a place called Cemig Fácil? Many people have difficulty accessing the Internet. It was a bad experience.
