★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um piso antigo para procurar. A moça que me atendeu disse que não havia na loja, mas poderia enviá-lo para outras filiais na tentativa de encontrá-lo. No entanto, após mais de 20 dias, retornaram 5 pisos de coloração diferente da que eu buscava e o original (em perfeitas condições) não voltou. Mesmo assim, acabei ficando com os pisos 5 pisos cujo tamanho era maior que o original. Ficou combinado deles serem entregues cortados a partir das 13:30. Mas, ao chegar na loja às 16:30 para buscá-los, eles sequer tinham sido tocados. Foi necessário ainda aguardar 20 minutos... sugiro que a loja se organize melhor para melhor atender os seus clientes.
