★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, dia 27 de dezembro, em um domingo pós-natal, procurei atendimento lá e tive. Estava com muitas dores do siso e fui muito bem recepcionada e atendida. Em um domingo, horário de almoço, nunca esperei encontrar atendimento tão bom, rápido e gratuito.
Recebi receita e até medicação, além do parecer da cirurgiã-dentista. Realmente, o 24h funciona.

 Today, December 27, on a post-Christmas Sunday, I sought care there and had it. I was in a lot of wisdom pain and I was very well received and attended to. On a Sunday lunchtime, I never expected to find such good, fast and free service.
I received a prescription and even medication, in addition to the opinion of the dentist. Really, the 24h works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço controle com o oftalmologista e o atendimento é bom. Só que no dia de marcação ,que deixa a desejar, pq dão um número de telefone que não atende. Desde janeiro tento marcar consulta e não consigo, hoje por exemplo,13/07/2021, estou ligando desde as 7h e nada . Só da linha ocupada, acho melhor colocar esse telefone de volta no gancho
I check with the ophthalmologist and the service is good. Only on the day of appointment, which leaves something to be desired, because they give a phone number that does not answer. I've been trying to make an appointment since January and I can't, today for example, 07/13/2021, I've been calling since 7 am and nothing. Just from the busy line, I think I better put this phone back on the hook

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu ainda não tive nenhuma avaliação odontológica mais minha filha teve com a neuro e foi normal só é ruim o tempo de espera pq muitos são do interior e não é um lugar muito bom pra se esperar por tantas horas minha filha só foi atendida logo pq teve crise
I still haven't had any dental evaluation but my daughter had with the neuro and it was normal only the waiting time is bad because many are from the countryside and it's not a very good place to wait for so many hours my daughter was only assisted as soon as she had crisis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na urgência por causa de um abcesso, fui bem atendido, resolveu de maneira temporária, até conseguir fazer o procedimento certo, e falaram que pra fazer tal procedimento eu precisaria ser encaminhado de uma unidade de saúde municipal, fui no posto municipal, e me encaminharam, depois disso fui marcar e disseram que para tal procedimento eu precisaria ligar na sexta-feira, que não marcavam presencialmente, só por ligação, passei o dia inteiro ligando, quando não caía direto na caixa postal chamava até parar.
Tô com dor e um inchaço, preciso fazer o procedimento e no único dia em que pode marcar eu não sou atendido, mesmo com dezenas de ligações durante todo o dia.
I went to the emergency room because of an abscess, I was well attended, it resolved temporarily, until I managed to do the right procedure, and they said that to do this procedure I would need to be referred from a municipal health unit, I went to the municipal clinic, and forwarded, after that I went to make an appointment and said that for this procedure I would need to call on Friday, that they did not make an appointment in person, just by call, I spent the entire day calling, when it did not go directly to voicemail, I would call until I stopped.
I have pain and swelling, I need to undergo the procedure and on the only day I can make an appointment I am not attended, even with dozens of calls throughout the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui acompanhar meu pai porem na entrada fomos mal atendidos algumas pessoas trabalham lá são muitas .mal educadas ,ñ dao informações corretas e vivem com a cara amarrada.sinceramente deveriam selecionar pessoas mais humanistas.quem ñ pensam só em receber no final do mês. E um desgosto chegar doente e ainda ter que deparar com pessoas que são mal humoradas( é claro que ñ falo com todos) o local e bom, a estrutura também, mas o pessoal!experiência péssima
I went to accompany my father but at the entrance we were poorly attended. Some people work there are many. ill educated, they give correct information and live with a frown. sincerely they should select more humanistic people. It's a pain to get sick and still have to come across people who are in a bad mood (of course I don't talk to everyone) the place is good, the structure too, but the staff! Terrible experience

Estive com minha filha de 4 anos na emergência, fui muito bem atendida pela Dra Bruna Caldas, me pediu um RX e consegui agendar através desse número. Para você que tem criança menor de 2 anos pode matricular lá no cemo e terá serviço de todo tipo durante o tempo em que a criança precisar sem precisar de encaminhamento. Uma super dica. Quem gostou curte meu comentário.
Note: it no longer works 24h only until 22h. I was with my 4-year-old daughter in the emergency room, I was very well attended by Dr Bruna Caldas, she asked me for an RX and I managed to schedule it through this number. If you have a child under 2 years of age, you can register there at the cemo and you will have all kinds of services for as long as the child needs it, without needing a referral. A super tip. Who liked it like my comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, nunca conseguimos um atendimento respeitoso e digno, serviço sem nenhuma qualificação, pessoas totalmente despreparadas no atendimento, serviço de agendamento por telefone não funciona. Infelizmente esse é o nosso Pará, nossa Belém para os ricos e, a classe operária que mais necessita morre por falta de atendimento nas filas quilométricas dos hospitais. A revolta é grande e vou atacar encansavelmente todos que negligênciam o atendimento público em qualquer secretaria municipal ou estadual do nosso estado através das redes sociais.
Terrible experience, we never got a respectful and dignified service, service without any qualification, people totally unprepared in the service, appointment service by phone does not work. Unfortunately, this is our Pará, our Belém for the rich, and the working class that needs it most dies for lack of care in the long lines of hospitals. The revolt is great and I will tirelessly attack everyone who neglects public service in any municipal or state secretariat in our state through social media.
