★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar do atendimento prestativo da secretaria, parece que os administradores da clínica desconhecem muito os normativos do DETRAN. Inclusive, não possuem Junta Médica para avaliação de Pessoas Com Deficiência (PCD), o que me ocasionou muita frustração, por que tive que ir presencialmente ao DETRAN para desfazer um procedimento errado que a clínica fez. Terrívelmente estressante.
 Despite the helpful service of the secretariat, it seems that the administrators of the clinic are not very aware of the rules of DETRAN. They do not even have a Medical Board for the Evaluation of People with Disabilities (PCD), which caused me much frustration, because I had to go face to face with DETRAN to undo a wrong procedure that the clinic did. Terribly stressful.
