It's already the 2nd time I've contracted Cenário for upholstery services, and I like the result more and more. This time it was a little Berger sofa and armchair game that I inherited from my mother. It was beautiful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei muito satisfeita com a educação do Lucas ao tratar sobre os detalhes da reforma do sofá, com o cuidado que os rapazes tiveram com minha casa em relação ao manuseio para que nada fosse danificado , a rapidez na entrega e com o resultado final, um sofá bem costurado que parece ter saído da loja onde o comprei. Super indico os serviços da Cenário Estofados.
I was very pleased with Lucas' education when dealing with the details of the sofa renovation, with the care that the guys took with my house in relation to handling so that nothing was damaged, the speed of delivery and with the final result, a sofa well sewn that looks like it came out of the store where I bought it. I highly recommend the services of Cenário Estofados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não tiveram cuidado com o transporte, levaram minhas poltronas SEM PROTEÇÃO ALGUMA, um dos braços voltou com pequenas avarias aparentes na madeira e a superfície estava áspera ao toque. Percebi que a pressa na entrega se sobrepõe a qualquer atenção no tocante ao zelo principalmente em itens delicados. Reagem com apatia e cara feia, parece que estão fazendo um favor ao cliente e isso é estressante demais. O serviço de estofamento foi bom, porém não foi nada barato, o que não justifica tanto descaso. Muita decepção, além de tudo os estofados vieram cheio de pó de madeira, sorte que o tecido q eu escolhi era acquablock, o pano saiu imundo, fico imaginando se fosse outro tipo de tecido. Pena não poder relatar todos detalhes aqui, então tive que fazer um resumo do ocorrido devido ao número restrito de caracteres.
They were not careful with the transport, they took my armchairs WITHOUT ANY PROTECTION, one of the arms came back with small apparent damages in the wood and the surface was rough to the touch. I realized that the rush in delivery overrides any attention to care especially in delicate items. They react with apathy and frown, it seems like they are doing the customer a favor and this is too stressful. The upholstery service was good, but it wasn't cheap at all, which doesn't justify so much neglect. A lot of disappointment, in addition to everything the upholstery came full of wood dust, luckily the fabric I chose was acquablock, the cloth came out filthy, I wonder if it was another type of fabric. Too bad I can't report all the details here, so I had to do a summary of what happened due to the restricted number of characters.
