Muito bem recomendada. A localização passa a ser um problema invisível, quando comparamos à atenção e entrega dos funcionários para com o cliente.

Sofri um sinistro de um cliente de seguradora. O atendimento inicial da oficina foi muito ruim, o avaliador viu e fotografou todos os danos, mas afirmou que não solicitaria reparos dos danos internos alegando que as peças eram antigas e poderiam estar com defeito. Ele solicitou da seguradora apenas a "Maquiagem" do para-choque e reparo da mala. Ainda alegou que fazendo os reparos ficaria bom, se outro carro bater no fundo e quebrar devido a baixa resistência da peça recuperada, a seguradora de quem bateu é que deve pagar.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I suffered a claim from an insurer customer. The initial service of the workshop was very poor, the appraiser saw and photographed all the damage, but stated that he would not request internal damage repair claiming that the parts were old and could be defective. He requested from the insurer only the "Makeup" of the bumper and repair of the trunk. He further claimed that making the repairs would be fine, if another car crashes to the bottom and breaks down due to the low strength of the salvaged part, the insurer who crashed should pay.

não sei se o nome era Alan, algo assim, sei que no primeiro momento foi extremamente arrogante. Quando ele viu o serviço a ser feito, sugeriu que eu fizesse uma parte do serviço na empresa e depois comprasse algumas peças na mão dele a baixo custo, não entendi muito bem a situação, mas não achei interessante a abordagem,nunca vi oficina vender peças abaixo do valor de mercado. Fiquei desconfiada e não voltei mais. Achei que faltou profissionalismo!

When he saw the service to be done, he suggested that I do a part of the service at the company and then buy some parts in his hand at low cost, I did not understand the situation very well, but I did not find the approach interesting, I never saw a workshop selling parts below market value. I was suspicious and never came back. I thought there was a lack of professionalism!
