★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perderam móveis meus e entregaram minha mesa de mármore quebrada e sem qualquer embalagem de proteção. Quando questionado acerca da falta do objeto e das avarias, o Dono da empresa não quis se responsabilizar e alegou que eu era mentirosa e estava enganando a todos.
They lost my furniture and delivered my broken marble table without any protective packaging. When asked about the lack of the object and the damage, the owner of the company did not want to take responsibility and claimed that I was a liar and was deceiving everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Cuidado com o preço que eles estabelecem. Paguei um absurdo para fazerem a minha mudança para a mesma rua, 200 metros para frente. Porém, como estava indo para um apartamento muito grande, acho que pensaram que eu poderia gastar além do combinado.
O técnico, muito atencioso, perguntou se eu tinha mais fita adesiva, além da contratada. Considerando que o preço do produto é muito maior pela empresa, fui até uma loja e comprei 1000 metros de fita adesiva. Ao final, cobraram-me R$ 300,00 a mais pelo material. Quando lhes perguntei sobre qual material estava sendo cobrado, falaram que era a fita adesiva!
Não bastasse isso, pediram emprestado um carregador de celular e esse carregador sumiu! Eu informei à representante da empresa sobre o extravio e ela se manteve inerte.
Se não houver o reembolso do objeto extraviado, considerando os demais problemas que tive com a montagem dos itens, terei de adotar medidas judiciais visando à reparação dos danos causados.

The technician, very attentive, asked if I had more tape, besides the one hired. Considering that the price of the product is much higher by the company, I went to a store and bought 1000 meters of adhesive tape. In the end, they charged me R $ 300.00 more for the material. When I asked them what material was being charged, they said it was the tape!
As if that weren't enough, they borrowed a cell phone charger and that charger is gone! I informed the company representative about the loss and she remained inert.
If there is no refund of the lost object, considering the other problems I had with the assembly of the items, I will have to take legal measures to repair the damage caused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei os serviços de mudança residencial. Gostei do serviço, porém, achei o serviço de embalagem excessivo. Se vc for contratar, fique de olho. Gastaram uma enormidade de material para embalar um colchão de casal !!! Utilizaram vários metros de fita adesiva quando poderia ser muito menos. Ao final me cobraram por embalagem extra sem me avisar antes. Se eu utilizaria novamente? Procuraria outro.
I hired residential removal services. I liked the service, however, I found the packaging service excessive. If you are going to hire, keep an eye out. They spent a huge amount of material to pack a double mattress !!! They used several meters of tape when it could be much less. In the end they charged me for extra packaging without notifying me first. Would I use it again? I would look for another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa incompetente, meu botijão de gás cheio e uma caixa com mantimentos foram desviados, vários objetos quebrados, panela de arroz grande toda amassada e uma forma de bolo quadrada virou um L. Detalhe: Dono Sr Marco não se responsabilizou e ainda fica me chantageando com acusacoes que não aconteceram para fugir das suas responsabilidades. Tive um prejuízo de 955, 84 reais. E ainda me mandou procurar direitos, mesmo que o contrato me assegura das responsabilidades dele e minha. Um lixo de empresa. Não contratem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Apesar do contrato estipular valor de seguro de 3.000 reais a distribuição só funciona conforme eles querem, ou seja, não confiam nas entregas;
- metade da mudança chegou desembalada ao destino; alguns itens estavam úmidos .
- não trouxeram pessoal para descarregar, ou seja, tive que ajudar na mudança e ainda deixaram vários itens jogados em minha garagem.
- reclamação sem resposta do gerente da transportadora.
