Nunca mais compro nem na loja física na na loja virtual estou extremamente decepcionada.
Worst customer service that has ever existed SAC is um.lixo only talk to robot my product has not arrived I have already paid and nothing I feel injured I have made a complaint at PROCON.
I never buy again, even in the physical store or in the online store, I am extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante o atendimento na Centauro do Boulevard Shopping. Estive na loja no dia 21/12 por volta de 14h. Em plena a pandemia, sistema com problemas e funcionários perdidos, sem saber o que fazer, enquanto a fila só aumenta gerando aglomerações. O gerente ao invés de passar as comprar na máquina de cartão manualmente, continuava insistindo no sistema que travava a cada compra que ele tentava passar, enquanto isso a fila continuava a cresce, chegando a ter mais de 15 pessoas. Funcionários totalmente despreparados , o que dificulta ainda mais cumprir os protocolos de distanciamento na fila.
Disappointing service at Centauro at Boulevard Shopping. I was in the store on 12/21 around 2pm. In the middle of the pandemic, a system with problems and lost employees, not knowing what to do, while the queue only increases, generating crowds. The manager, instead of buying the card machine manually, kept insisting on the system that stopped with each purchase he tried to make, while the queue continued to grow, reaching more than 15 people. Totally unprepared employees, which makes it even more difficult to comply with the distance protocols in the queue.
