Entra na loja, não tem ninguém para te atender. Fora que ninguém atende o telefone dessa loja. Não sei qual o sentido de ter uma loja dessa em um shopping se nem o mínimo eles fazem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que esta unidade (Pq. shopping) subestimou que o comércio estaria aquecido para compras de fim de ano. 20/12 (19h) e não havia um atente na área de loja e apenas 3 caixas, tempo de espera de 20min na fila (considerando apenas 7 pessoas - na fila).
Já tive a experiência em outra unidade onde o atendente mesmo passava o cartão na área de loja sem precisarmos ir ao caixa, só o tempo da fila na unidade do Parque Shopping foi o meu tempo inteiro na unidade do Tietê Plaza, e olha que no Tietê eu escolhi alguns tênis, experimentei e ainda deu tempo de ficar na dúvida de qual levar.
I believe that this unit (Pq. shopping) underestimated that commerce would be heated up for end-of-year purchases. 12/20 (7pm) and there was no alert in the store area and only 3 cashiers, waiting time of 20min in the queue (considering only 7 people - in the queue).
I've already had the experience at another unit where the attendant even swiped the card in the store area without us having to go to the cashier, just the queue time at the Parque Shopping unit was my full time at the Tietê Plaza unit, and look at Tietê I chose some sneakers, tried them on and there was still time to wonder which one to take.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim. No dia que fui lá comprar algo, não tinha nenhum vendedor disponível dos somente 1 caixa e 2 vendedores sendo que 1 estava atendendo e outro tinha acabado de entrar e ainda estava se localizando. Muito ruim isso. O freguês deseja pronto atendimento se não vai comprar noutro lugar.
Bad. On the day I went there to buy something, there was no vendor available from the only 1 cashier and 2 vendors, 1 of whom was working and the other had just entered and was still locating. Too bad that. The customer wants prompt service if he is not going to buy elsewhere.
