Como não consigo contato com ninguém por outro canal de atendimento, decidi postar aqui, quando minha reclamação for respondida, farei a exclusão do comentário.
Efetuei uma compra no dia 06/05/2020, e até hoje dia 15/06/2020 não recebi o que comprei, já fiz o pagamento, não tenho código de rastreio, e os atendimentos online não são retornados, como fica? Pago por um produto que não recebi? Tentei entrar em contato com a loja centauro também pelas redes sociais e não fui respondido, abri uma reclamação no reclame aqui e até a presente data não fui informado sobre absolutamente nada, mais uma vez pergunto, como fica o consumidor?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa loja instalada no Serramar park Shopping, mas ainda acho necessário ampliação do estoque, vários produtos que estão disponíveis no site não são encontrados na loja física, faltam produtos de diversos esportes como raquetes de tênis, bolas de basquete, bolas de futebol americano, acessório de outros esportes como natação, mergulho, falta uma área pra teste de alguns produtos e acessórios, em lojas de outros shoppings tem até cesta de basquete, seria uma boa serem uma aplicada na loja, bem provável que a Decathlon venha pra cidade e irá engoli-los.
