Um simples cadeado eu não estava conseguindo mexer!! Com muito custo aceitaram o defeito do cadeado, mas me pediram 30 dias para a garantia arrumar. É brincadeira!!! Péssimo atendimento! Decepcionado!! Não indico para ninguém!!!
I bought a lock and it came defective, it was locking the key. I went there to complain and the seller said it was me who didn't know how to handle the lock. A simple lock I was unable to move !! They accepted the defect of the padlock very costly, but asked me for 30 days for the warranty to fix. Just kidding!!! Terrible attendance! Disappointed !! I don't recommend it to anyone !!!
