★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogantes e injustos, se fazem de bonzinhos. Passaram meu cartão e deu problema na máquina de cartão e não passou , paguei em dinheiro e depois fui ver q foi descontado no meu cartao. Fiquei mais de 10 dias tentando recuperar o valor, cada hora o rapaz dava uma desculpa. Eu mostrei meu extrato e online no app do banco e mesmo assim ficaram enrolando por mais de 10 dias...
Bom tenho minha consciência tranquila, então fui até eles e disse q não me faria falta aquele valor q fizessem bom proveito e deixei p lá...
Com isso perderam 3 famílias q comprava lá todos os dias.
Injustos
Arrogant and unjust, they play nice. They passed my card and there was a problem with the card machine and it didn't happen, I paid in cash and then I went to see what was discounted on my card. I spent more than 10 days trying to recover the value, every hour the boy made an excuse. I showed my statement and online in the bank's app and even then they kept rolling for more than 10 days ...
Well I have my conscience calm, so I went to them and said that I would not be missing that value that they would make good use of and left it there ...
With that, they lost 3 families that I bought there every day.
