Pedi que um profissional da construção civil que estava trabalhando em minha residência me acompanhasse até a loja para me orientar em mais uma compra. Essa pessoa foi tremendamente humilhada e por pouco não foi agredida fisicamente pelo proprietário da Loja Sr. Edson Toledo.Somente porque foi questionado se as soleiras que eu havia adquirido no dia anterior estavam prontas. Recebemos como resposta que poderíamos descer no andar de baixo , polir as pedras , que a máquina estava a disposição. Ficamos abismados com a resposta. Comentamos que em Osasco havia uma loja que entregava soleiras no mesmo dia. Nesse instante o senhor que me acompanhava foi tremendamente insultado - humilhado e por fim chamado de FOLGADO VÁRIAS VEZES -
Esse ser humilde (pedreiro) retirou calado. Me senti tremendamente envergonhada por expor um profissional digno e educado a essa situação. Me senti ofendida, desrespeitada, mas sei que a dor da humilhação pelo qual passamos se reverterá a qualquer instante no opressor. NÃO INDICO ESSA LOJA A NINGUÉM !!!
The store is very beautiful, but the service I experienced was of the worst kind possible. Lack of RESPECT FOR HUMAN BEINGS. I asked a construction professional who was working at my residence to accompany me to the store to guide me in another purchase. This person was tremendously humiliated and was barely physically assaulted by the store owner Mr. Edson Toledo. Only because he was asked if the thresholds that I had purchased the day before were ready. We received as an answer that we could go downstairs, polish the stones, that the machine was available. We were amazed at the answer. We commented that in Osasco there was a store that delivered sills on the same day. At that moment the lord who accompanied me was tremendously insulted - humiliated and finally called FOLLATED SEVERAL TIMES -
This humble being (bricklayer) withdrew. I felt tremendously ashamed for exposing a dignified and educated professional to this situation. I felt offended, disrespected, but I know that the pain of humiliation we go through will revert to the oppressor at any moment. DO NOT INDICATE THIS STORE TO ANYONE !!!
