Estou quase 2 semanas tentando marcar ..mas todas as ligações são muito longas uma chegou a 27 minutos .
Vou postar uma foto agora do tempo w já estou esperando neste momento ..já são 15 minutos
 Every time I drama to be answered, phone service is grade 0.
I've been trying to dial for almost 2 weeks ..but all the calls are very long, one reached 27 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem o telefone para marcação de consulta, cheguei a desistir por 2 dias, qdo finalmente eu consegui,depois de 45 minutos ouvido música no telefone que atenderam,um absurdo , só tem um número de telefone para ligarmos, total falta de respeito com os pacientes,e eles são muito bem pagos , não é sus lá não,mas já fui muito mais bem atendida pelo SUS do que por essa clínica particular,um descaso total
They don't answer the phone to make an appointment, I even gave up for 2 days, when I finally got it, after 45 minutes listening to music on the phone they answered, absurd, there's only one phone number to call, total lack of respect for the patients, and they are very well paid, it's not SUS there, but I've been much better served by SUS than by this private clinic, a total disregard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito demorado. Não está sendo respeitado a prioridade no atendimento de idosos. Infelizmente minha experiência em acompanhar minha mãe ao médico sala 107 endócrino está sendo insatisfatória. Precisa melhorar. No momento não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com essa clínica foi péssima, minha filha foi atendida por um animal, que se diz alergista, cujo o nome, doutor Constantino. Uma pessoa grossa, sem educação e que deveria para o bem da humanidade rasgar seu diploma de médico. Vou fazer uma reclamação na ouvidoria do convênio e espero nunca mais colocar meus pés nesse lugar.
My experience with this clinic was terrible, my daughter was treated by an animal, who calls himself an allergist, whose name is Doctor Constantino. A rude, uneducated person who should, for the good of humanity, tear up his medical degree. I'm going to file a complaint with the health insurance ombudsman and I hope I never set foot in that place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção é até ok, mas o Dr. Humberto foi um completo grosso comigo, estava procurando um exame q estava comigo e disse q ñ ia esperar pq tinha um monte d gente fora da sala e q tinha q voltar outro dia
Teve gente q demorou mais d 15min e eu fui atendida em menos d 2min pq ele ñ esperou eu achar um exame q era essencial pra saber se eu tenho algum tipo d nodulo ou cisto, ele deveria pensar no paciente dele e ñ na hora d curtir o fim d semana
Faz dias q to pra escrever minha reclamação, mas antes tarde do q nunca
Me senti completamente desrespeitada e ñ volto mais nessa clinica
The service at the reception is ok, but Dr. Humberto was completely rude to me, he was looking for an exam that I was with and said he wasn't going to wait because there were a lot of people out of the room and he had to come back another day
There were people who took more than 15min and I was seen in less than 2min because he didn't wait for me to find an exam that was essential to know if I have some kind of nodule or cyst, he should think about his patient and not at the time to enjoy the weekend
It's been days since I wrote my complaint, but better late than never
I felt completely disrespected and will never go back to this clinic.

Essa clínica é horrível!!!! E quando se trata da pediatra ? É um absurdo! Nunca tem agenda aberta, dizem que pediatra ainda não informou os dias de atendimento...entre outras justificativas, e solicita para entrar em contato todos os dias, quando inicia o mês, eles informa que não tem mais vaga, só para Junho, falta de respeito total!!!!
Não recomendo!!!!! E só insisto porque infelizmente eu considero a pediatra muito boa profissional.
Mas o serviço prestado no agendamento é de baixa qualidade.

This clinic is horrible!!!! And when it comes to the pediatrician? It's an absurd! They never have an open schedule, they say that the pediatrician has not yet informed the days of attendance...among other reasons, and asks to get in touch every day, when the month starts, they inform that there are no more vacancies, only for June, there is no of total respect!!!!
I do not recommend!!!!! And I only insist because unfortunately I consider the pediatrician to be a very good professional.
But the service provided in the appointment is of low quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando olhei os comentários, quase desisti da clínica mas resolvi ter minha própria avaliação. Desde o primeiro agendamento até o dia do atendimento, foi tudo.muito rápido. Os atendentes são gentis, em especial o Valter resolveu com muita eficiência um problema que me surgiu no decorrer dos atendimentos. A Dra Jéssica super profissional, minha filha está amando. Já estamos indo para 3 meses de atendimento. Onde passamos toda semana e em todos os atendimentos dou nota 10.
When I looked at the comments, I almost gave up on the clinic but decided to have my own review. From the first appointment to the day of the appointment, everything was very fast. The attendants are kind, especially Valter very efficiently solved a problem that arose during the consultations. Dr Jessica is super professional, my daughter is loving it. We are already going to 3 months of attendance. Where we spend every week and in every service I give a 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar claro minha insatisfação com o atendimento do Centro Clínica Santa Maria.
O agendamento é feito de forma presencial, eles aguendam uma data, nos entregam o comprovante e quando chega o dia do agendando eles alegam que mudou a agenda do médico, sem ao menos nós dar a informação com antecedência.
Já é a segunda vez que isso acontece.
Mandei mensagem no número deles para confirmação da consulta e eles não dão respaldo.
Com está pandemia e inaceitável que temos que nos arriscar e enfrentar consultórios cheios para não ser atendido.
I would like to make clear my dissatisfaction with the care provided by Centro Clínica Santa Maria.
Scheduling is done in person, they schedule a date, give us the receipt and when the day of scheduling arrives, they claim that the doctor's schedule has been changed, without even giving us the information in advance.
It's the second time this has happened.
I sent a message to their number to confirm the appointment and they don't give support.
With this pandemic and unacceptable that we have to take a chance and face full offices not to be answered.
