★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 25/1/22 , levei meu cãozinho p consulta com o dr. Bruno q me foi indicado . Haviam 3 consultas aguardando. Eram 10h30, fui informada q cd consulta levaria em média 30 à 40 minutos. Por ter compromisso as 13hs, falei com o dr., que apareceu na recepção, se poderia marcar um horário p o dia seguinte, ele me respondeu que SIM q estaria no dia seguinte, 26, às 09hs sem falta. Marquei horário. Cheguei às 08h50, dia 26. Ele ainda não estava , me disseram q chegaria logo. Um funcionário veio lá de dentro, perguntou meu nome e o q meu cão tinha. Respondi às perguntas e ele voltou lá pra dentro. Logo em seguida surgiu um rapaz todo de branco, me chamou pelo nome, disse que iria me atender. Fiquei espantada qdo ele me disse q o dr Bruno não poderia me atender, estava na outra clínica, mas havia passado a situação. EU NAO CONVERSEI COM O DR. BRUBO, então ele não poderia ter lhe passado nada. Agradeci e lhe disse q iria remarcar pq queria ser atendida pelo o dr. Bruno o qual havia me sido recomendado. Ele disse q não haveria problema. Remarquei para às 15hs do dia 26, pq antes o dr teria uma cirurgia. Voltei as 14h50. Fui , novamente, informada q nao seria atendida e remarcariam para o dia 27 às 09h sem falta. INDIGNADA não aceitei e disse q era total desrespeito . Me alegaram , novamente, cirurgia de urgência.

On 1/25/22, I took my dog to see Dr. Bruno who was referred to me. There were 3 queries waiting. It was 10:30 am, I was informed that the consultation would take an average of 30 to 40 minutes. Because I had an appointment at 1 pm, I spoke to the Dr., who appeared at the reception, if he could schedule an appointment for the next day, he replied that YES he would be the next day, the 26th, at 9 am without fail. I made an appointment. I arrived at 8:50 am on the 26th. He still wasn't there, I was told he would arrive soon. An employee came from inside, asked my name and what my dog had. I answered the questions and he went back inside. Soon after, a young man all dressed in white appeared, called me by name, said he would attend to me. I was amazed when he told me that Dr Bruno could not see me, he was at the other clinic, but the situation had passed. I DIDN'T TALK TO DR. BRUBO, so he couldn't have given her anything. I thanked him and told him I would reschedule because I wanted to be seen by Dr. Bruno who had been recommended to me. He said there would be no problem. I rescheduled for 3 pm on the 26th, because before the dr would have a surgery. I came back at 2:50 pm. I was, again, informed that I would not be answered and they would reschedule for the 27th at 9 am without fail. ANGRY I didn't accept it and said it was total disrespect. They told me, again, emergency surgery.
