★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venderam pneus com defeito, trocaram 2, mas os outros 2 me pediram nota fiscal (que eles poderiam consultar) e a dona pediu pra consultar o código do consumidor sem parar de limpar pra me atender e sem olhar pra minha cara. Gastei mais de 1400 reais com eles, não volto nunca mais e vou avisar no grupo de amigos de carros de Guará e Lorena pra não irem.
They sold defective tires, changed 2, but the other 2 asked me for an invoice (which they could consult) and the owner asked to consult the consumer code without stopping cleaning to meet me and without looking at my face. I spent more than 1400 reais with them, never come back and I will warn the group of car friends of Guara and Lorraine not to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Toda vez que leva o carro lá fica esperando vários minutos e quando atend mandam voltar outro dia. Quando finalmente atendem, arrumam alguma coisa fazem gambiarra no seu carro.
Pior ainda quando é parceria com alguma loja de carros. Ai que eles enrolam mesmo e fazem tudo pra baratear, quando fazem. Gambiarreiros e enrolados.
Terrible. Every time he takes the car there, he waits for several minutes and when he answers, they send him back another day. When they finally answer, they fix something and make a joke on your car.
Even worse when you partner with a car store. Oh, they roll it up and do everything to make it cheaper, when they do it. Gambiarreiros and tangled up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odiei, fui colocar o insufilm e levei mais três amigos pois me recomendaram o center film, perderam a borracha fo meu parabrisa, paguei pra trocar a capa da chave de seta e eles trocaram só a parte debaixo, quando cheguei em casa que eu fui ver, daí voltei lá no horário do meu almoço, não tinha gente pra trocar, e o rapaz que iria trocar pra mim iria demorar pra me atender, peguei a peça e falei que eu mesmo iria trocar, me deram a peça e não tinha o parafuso pra ela, não recomendo.
Gastei 430 reais lá, as peças são caras e não gostei da qualidade.
Se é pra pagar caro em uma coisa boa até que vai, mas lá é caro e as peças deixam a desejar, vão em outro lugar!
