A foto 3x4 era para entrega de documentação, perdi o prazo, agendei outras duas vezes e perdi o prazo novamente.
Não deram satisfação sobre o atraso, fui 4x na loja, sem falar no péssimo atendimento pelo WhatsApp.
Sei que acontece atrasos, porém o cliente merece o mínimo de satisfação e respeito
NÃO RECOMENDO e não utilizo mais os serviços dessa empresa.
Lousy service, lack of commitment and responsibility to the customer.
The 3x4 photo was for delivery of documentation, I missed the deadline, I scheduled another two times and missed the deadline again.
They were not satisfied with the delay, I went to the store 4x, not to mention the terrible customer service on WhatsApp.
I know there are delays, but the customer deserves a minimum of satisfaction and respect
DO NOT RECOMMEND and no longer use the services of that company.

Operaria pra ser mal atendida. desde a hora am q cheguei notei o mau humor da atendente q no momento queixava-se (falando mal) do proprietário com uma mulher... após muita espera ela se mostrou estressada e falava alto e aos resmungos com todos q estavam aguardando... NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM... e já informei ao amigo q me indicou do vacilo q cometeu... péssimos profissionais... se é q podemos chamar assim

quando olharam a foto, queriam cobrar mais, só pq dentro dessa foto tinha fotos 3x4, mas a revelação era 10x15.
Independente do que tinha na foto, a foto eu queria era 10x15. até se tivesse um pingo, seria 10x15.
Mas queriam bancar o esperto e queria me cobrar por foto 3x4.
Mas é cada uma!
Não tirei foto la, não pedi 3x4.
simplesmente levei o arquivo no tamanho 10x15, e queria a revelação 10x15.
é por isso e outras coisas que os comentários é só de péssimo atendimento. Não volto mais
