Bad real estate! Poor customer service! Turn a blind eye to structural problems that arise in the property and leave you at your fingertips when you need it most! They just want to know about the rent paid at the beginning of the month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, após saida do imovel foi feito junto com o pagamento da recissão que nós retirariamos o sofá que estava no imovel alugado e seria feita a compra de um sofá idêntico para ser substituído, ocorreu um problema totalmente fora do meu controle e a entrega do sofá foi atrasada, ao invés da imobiliária agir profissionalmente cumprindo a palavra do acordo, eles decidiram agir de maneira desonesta e gerar um boleto nos fazendo pagar duas vezes pelo sofá
Bad service, after leaving the property it was done together with the payment of the recession that we would remove the sofa that was in the rented property and buy an identical sofa to be replaced, there was a problem totally out of my control and the delivery of the sofa was delayed, instead of the real estate company acting professionally fulfilling the word of the agreement, they decided to act dishonestly and generate a ticket making us pay twice for the sofa
