★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, dois atendentes desenformados, perguntei se havia fila de preferencial, me disseram que não tinha, primeiro a lei, federal, estatual, municipal qualquer estabelecimento que tem fila, tem que existir atendimento especial preferencial sim, como no estacionamento lá fora tem vaga pra deficiência e idoso, vendedor tem que ser mais informado ?

I found the prices very high, at least 4 screws with nut and washer, small ones would cost R$24.00. I bought screws in a nearby place for R$2,20. Big difference in price. Service from the employee was good.
