★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para q fizessem uma avaliação na parte elétrica da minha moto uma cg fan 125 pois por um incidente alguns cabos tinham sido descascados o mecânico funcionou a moto me mostrou oq eu já tinha explicado e já de cara condenou uma peça chamada de estator sem ao menos tentar isolar os fios descascados ou verificar se queimaram os fusíveis eu leigo pedi pra que trocasse o estator no valor deR$ 220,00.Cheguei lá às 14:30hs perguntei se ia demorar pra trocar já que tinha que pegar meu filho as 17:00hs o mecânico disse que trocaria no máximo em 40 minutos saí de lá as18:00hs depois de desmontar e colocar quatro vezes esse tal de estator o mecânico condenou outra peça chamada de punho alegando que aquele tinha causado o curto e ocasionou a queima do estator mais R$65,00, ficou pronto ? não!sai para testar e não funcionava os pisca alerta da frente então busquei uma segunda opinião foi feito o teste na peça chamada de punho que avia sido trocado ,e estava boa e q talvez nem precisasse trocar o estator voltei no Center motos para devolver apenas o punho pedi que devolvessem o valor de R$65,00 eles disseram que trocaria mas o valor ficaria no crédito para que eu trocasse por outra coisa, não aceitei então ele me fez ir até aquela segunda opinião e lá eu desmontasse a peça nova e levasse de volta pra eles para q só assim fosse devolvido o valor tanto faz se fosse R$5,00 ou R$265,00 Eu não ligaria p preço se realmente fosse feito o certo e resolvesse o problema pois preciso da moto para trabalhar mas esse lugar não tem profissionais dedicados apenas querem arrumar um jeito de tirar dinheiro ? do bolso do cliente
 I asked them to do an evaluation on the electrical part of my motorcycle, a cg fan 125 because for one incident some cables had been stripped, the mechanic worked the bike showed me what I had already explained and immediately condemned a part called a stator without at least I tried to isolate the stripped wires or check if the fuses had blown. The layman asked me to change the stator in the amount of R $ 220.00. I arrived there at 2:30 pm and asked if it would take long to change it since I had to pick up my son at 5:00 pm the mechanic said he would change it at the most in 40 minutes I left there at 6:00 pm after disassembling and placing this stator four times the mechanic condemned another part called the fist claiming that it had caused the short and caused the stator to burn more R $ 65.00, are you ready? no! go out to test and the front warning flashes didn’t work so I looked for a second opinion the test was done on the part called the fist that was changed, and it was good and maybe I didn’t even need to change the stator I went back to the Center to return only the fist I asked them to return the amount of R $ 65.00 they said they would exchange it but the amount would be in the credit for me to exchange it for something else, I didn't accept it so he made me go to that second opinion and there I would disassemble the new part and take it from back to them so that only the value would be returned whatever it was if it was R $ 5.00 or R $ 265.00 I wouldn’t care about the price if it was really done right and solved the problem because I need the bike to work but this place doesn’t have dedicated professionals just want to find a way to take money ? out of the client's pocket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento deixei de 8:30 da manhã para trocar os retentores de bengalas serviço de 2 h fui retirar as 11:40 e não fizeram o serviço e passaram outros na frente e depois queriam fazer o serviço correndo.

Pedi pra substituir meu cabo de aceleração da Twister, colocaram um maior e Ficou escapando direto.
Voltei lá falei com proprietário e foi colocado o cabo carreto.
