Hoje estive na loja para trocar três colchões que ficou grande na beliche e a gerente falou que não troca.. como vou ficar com um produto que não vou usar!!!
Será que tenho que acionar a justiça para resolver isso?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom mas entrega e atendimento por telefone tudo péssimo não teve compromisso comigo na entrega e nem em mim atender pelo telefone. Passei um dia todo para conseguir falar com alguém da loja. Nunca imaginei.
Good service but delivery and service by phone everything was not very committed to me in delivery nor me to answer by phone. I spent an entire day getting to speak to someone at the store. I never imagined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falha no prazo, o combinando seria entregar e montar no mesmo dia, estou aguardando desde dia 09, nao atendem o telefone de forma alguma, estou precisando do móvel, ou não teria comprado. Pessimo pessimo atendimento ao cliente pôs venda, decepcionada , não tem alguem que atenda nem o telefone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um atendimento excelente dentro da loja na filial de Irecê Bahia , gostei da qualidade dos móveis, tanto que retornei para comprar mais, o que fez a experiência ser desagradável foi o horário da entrega e a execução. Sei que a maioria da população trabalha durante o dia, mas vocês não estão pensando nos clientes que trabalham à noite. Durante a compra ninguém me perguntou se poderia bater na minha porta 7:00 horas da manhã para entregar o produto. ( um horário que não é comercial.) Trabalho de noite e madrugada e nesse horário estou dormindo, achei um absurdo, vocês precisam pensar mais no cliente, o que custa perguntar na hora da compra se podem ir nesse horário ?! A gente vive uma boa experiência dentro da loja, mas um detalhe tão besta na hora da entrega acaba tudo. Revejam isso, URGENTE!
I had an excellent service inside the store in Irecê Bahia branch, I liked the quality of the furniture, so much so that I returned to buy more, what made the experience unpleasant was the delivery time and execution. I know most of the population works during the day, but you are not thinking about the clients who work at night. During the purchase nobody asked me if I could knock on my door 7:00 am to deliver the product. (a non-commercial time.) I work at night and dawn and at this time I'm sleeping, I found it absurd, you need to think more about the customer, what does it cost to ask at the time of purchase if you can go at this time ?! We have a good experience inside the store, but such a silly detail at the time of delivery is all over. Review this, URGENT!
