Pelo amor de Deus tomem muito cuidado, seriam 16 mesas no valor de R$ 5.500,00 nas quais estavam aptas para serem alugadas na quinta-feira a tarde quando passei os dados para a Sandra confeccionar o contrato. Acontece que na sexta ninguém entrou em contato comigo e na segunda a tarde me falaram que não poderia mais alugar porque o endereço do evento não existia no google maps (sendo que é um endereço rural chácara), mesmo eu passando o meu residencial na cidade a apenas 5km. Depois falei com a gerente Gisele a mesma começou a dar inúmeras desculpas dizendo que a data já estava com muitos compromissos, que ela não poderia terceirizar a entrega não tendo o endereço exato, que ela não poderia deixar eu retirar em Ribeirão Preto. Enfim, perdi de fazer negócio com outra empresa e me deixaram na mão. Lamentável, empresa não respeita seu cliente e não assume os seus compromissos.
Terrible company! For God's sake be very careful, there would be 16 tables worth R $ 5,500.00 in which they were apt to be rented on Thursday afternoon when I passed the data to Sandra to make the contract. It turns out that on Friday nobody contacted me and on Monday afternoon they told me that I could not rent anymore because the address of the event did not exist in google maps (this is a rural address), even though I was passing my residential in the city to only 5km. Afterwards I spoke with the manager Gisele the same one began to give numerous excuses saying that the date already was with many commitments, that she could not outsource the delivery not having the exact address, that she could not let me withdraw in Ribeirão Preto. Anyway, I lost doing business with another company and they let me down. Unfortunate, company does not respect its customer and does not assume its commitments.

Terrible service. Very rude attendant. Without making the slightest issue of renting the products. I have never seen such rudeness and ill will.
