★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meus cartuchos para recarregar e paguei e quando voltei a loja já estava fechada antes mesmo do horário de funcionamento como diz aqui no Google as 18. A pedido da atendente voltei depois de 40 minutos e por causa do mal tempo a loja fechou mais cedo.... meu tempo e dinheiro são.preciosos. Uma verdadeira falta de respeito com o cliente.
I left my cartridges to recharge and paid and when I returned the store was already closed before the hours of operation as it says here at Google the 18. At the request of the attendant came back after 40 minutes and because of bad weather the store closed earlier. My time and money are precious. A real lack of respect with the customer.

Extremely rude and lazy attendants! We buy and it still looks like we're doing them a favor. I'm not coming back even though I'm very close to home. Lost customer easy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo pois trata o cliente com falta de respeito e isso vindo do dona da loja. Continue dessa forma que irá continuar a perder cliente. Se depender de mim pra indicar as empresas parceiras a não irem mas na loja eu irei fazer isso. Pena que tem certas coisas que não dá pra acionar a justiça.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um toner com eles por telefone, não podiam entregar no mesmo dia, entregariam no dia seguinte, mas não foram.Tive que ligar e ficar cobrando.
Depois que entregaram instalei e estava com defeito. Novamente disseram que não podia ir naquele dia, iria no seguinte e mais uma vez não foram.
Deixei mensagens no WhatsApp mas leram e não responderam. Me ignoraram o dia inteiro.
Nenhum respeito com o cliente. Não indico.
Cuidado ao comprarem ai, podem ter os mesmos problemas que tivemos.
I bought a toner with them over the phone, they couldn't deliver it on the same day, they would deliver it the next day, but they weren't. I had to call and keep charging.
After they delivered I installed it and it was defective. Again they said that I could not go that day, I would go the next and again they were not.
I left messages on WhatsApp but read and did not respond. They ignored me all day.
No respect for the customer. I do not indicate.
Be careful when buying there, they may have the same problems that we had.
