★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não são claros com relação as avarias do veículo, pagamos a vista, tivemos um prejuízo posterior aproximadamente de dois mil reais, pois venderam o carro com os amortecedores totalmente quebrados e problemas no freio. Entramos em contato com a loja e eles informaram que podiam apenas por as pastilhas de freio. Ao contatar o Procon descobrimos que houve prática de má fé por parte da concessionária. Assim que retiramos, o veículo apresentou problemas elétricos, onde o dono da concessionária custeou, as pequenas avarias, a mais cara sobrou para nós mesmo. Fora a cara feia, e a multa que veio, e que ele teve que acionar o dono para pagar, ao realizar o pagamento não constou no site do Detran, então fomos perguntar e ele simplesmente encaminhou o comprovante de pagamento sem dizer mais nada, como se estivéssemos lhe pedindo um favor. Não voltaria a fazer negócio, não recomendo pela falta de transparência.

As soon as we removed it, the vehicle had electrical problems, where the owner of the dealership paid for, the small damages, the most expensive left for us. Apart from the ugly face, and the fine that came, and that he had to call the owner to pay, when making the payment, it was not on the Detran website, so we asked and he simply sent the payment receipt without saying anything else, like if we were asking you for a favor. I wouldn't do business again, I don't recommend it due to the lack of transparency.
