★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento desse supermercado é péssimo e o caixa rápido somente uma atendente para atender muita gente no horário de pico. Assim fica difícil.
 Service at this supermarket is terrible and the cashier only has one attendant to serve a lot of people during peak hours. That makes it difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimamente está horrível, justo no final de mês qdo enche de pessoas, está desorganizado, funcionário do caixa além da função caixa, tem que embalar as compras tornando as filas ainda mais quilométricas. Sem caixa 10 rápido, seriam 4 mais Só tem 2 aberto ao atendimento. Sinceramente um caos! Tem Tudo pra ser um mercado diferenciado por qualidade de produtos, açougue muito bom. Mas está a desejar. Já penso em mudar de direção qdo penso em compras de mês. Lamentável a demora nos caixas.
Lately it is horrible, just at the end of the month when people are full, it is disorganized, a cashier's employee in addition to the cashier function, has to pack the purchases making the lines even more kilometers. Without 10 fast boxes, there would be 4 more. There are only 2 open to customer service. Honestly chaos! It has everything to be a differentiated market for product quality, very good butcher shop. But it is to be desired. I already think about changing direction when I think about month purchases. The delay at the checkout counter is unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento dos caixas. Horrível! Última vez que compro lá. E ainda ao finalizar não colocam sacola, não embalam e começam a passar as compras de outras pessoas misturando as compras. Falta de respeito, de educação e incompetência para o serviço.
Bad service from cashiers. Horrible! Last time I shop there. And still at the end, they don't put a bag, they don't pack and they start to pass other people's purchases mixing the purchases. Lack of respect, education and incompetence for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total com o consumidor, procurem outro supermercado passem longe.
Minha compras simplesmente demorou um dia inteiro pra chegar, e ainda chegou tudo descongelado, tive que ir lá novamente perguntar pelas as compras pq o telefone eles colocam outro que não é da loja da caucaia, contratem mas entregadores e caixas, a logística de vcs está deixando muito a desejar.
Total disregard for the consumer, look for another supermarket, stay away.
My purchases simply took a whole day to arrive, and everything arrived defrosted, I had to go there again to ask about the purchases because the phone they put another one that is not from the store in Caucaia, hire more delivery people and cashiers, your logistics are leaving much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ter bons preços o caixa exclusivo para prioridades não funciona. Sempre tem alguém que não é prioridade sendo atendido nele enquanto gestantes e mães com crianças de colo ficam aguardando. Escrevi no livro de reclamações da loja mas nunca obtive retorno sobre isso, então não sei se eles realmente levam a sério.
Despite having good prices, the exclusive cashier for priorities doesn't work. There is always someone who is not a priority being attended to while pregnant women and mothers with infants are waiting. I wrote in the store's complaints book but never got a response about it, so I don't know if they really take it seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dá uma estrela só por conta do tratamento do setor de segurança e prevenção de perdas. Entendo que é o trabalho e é super difícil, mas as vezes são muito seletivos. Não é nada legal sair de casa para ir ao supermercado e receber olhares desconfiados, e encaradas. Parece que tem que andar com a carteira aberta pra provar que vai pagar por aquilo. Mas enaltecendo que sei bem a dificuldade desse setor,mas prestem mais atenção nos julgamentos, porque as vezes os olhares pesam mais que as palavras.
I'll give it a star just because of the treatment of the security and loss prevention sector. I understand it's work and it's super hard, but sometimes they're very selective. It's not cool to leave the house to go to the supermarket and receive suspicious looks, and stares. Looks like you have to walk around with your wallet open to prove you're going to pay for it. But praising that I know well the difficulty of this sector, but pay more attention to judgments, because sometimes looks weigh more than words.
