Infelizmente, por um erro meu, o produto não entrou na minha casa. Recusei a entrega, assim que devolveram na central de distribuição me confirmaram o cancelamento e o prazo de estorno, que foi realizado com sucesso em prazo menor que o previsto. Todos os atendentes muito dispostos.

Super recomendo, minha tia está super feliz e fechando várias encomendas com a ajuda da máquina. O pós venda tbm é maravilhoso, me ajudaram quando solicitei.
I bought the machine for my aunt, it arrived before the deadline, one of the pieces arrived broken due to transport, and soon they sent another piece. Você não consegue falar com a loja. Só WhatsApp que ninguém responde, só mensagens padrão. Estou até agora sem o produto e extremamente arrependida de ter feito a compra nesta loja. Vou acionar o Procon. É cilada... Lamentável

Comprei um fogão industrial, não entregaram no prazo de entrega, depois que fiz o cancelamento (depois de mais de 13 dias que o prazo de entrega havia vencido) começaram a entrar em contato, como desisti da compra, falaram que tenho que aguardar de 8 a 10 dias úteis para o cancelamento ser efetuado (''ISSO SE A DEMANDA DE FINAL DE ANO, QUE ESTÁ MUITO ALTA, NÃO FIZER COM QUE O PRAZO PRORROGUE") ABSURDO! Não recomendo de jeito nenhum.
I don't recommend it at all! I bought an industrial stove, they didn't deliver it within the delivery period, after I canceled (after more than 13 days that the delivery period had expired) they started to get in touch, as I gave up on the purchase, they said I have to wait for 8 to 10 working days for the cancellation to be effected (''IF THE YEAR-END DEMAND, WHICH IS TOO HIGH, DON'T MAKE THE DEADLINE EXTENDED") ABSURD! I don't recommend it at all.

Inacreditavelmente o produto foi entregue errado e para minha surpresa ainda veio a parte mais barata duplicada (engraçada essa parte). A loja se negou a efetivar a troca me deixando com os equipamentos que juntos não servem para absolutamente nada. Portanto a você que compra nessa empresa não permita que o entregador vá embora sem testar e conferir rigorosamente o produto, pois caso precise resolver algo com eles isso não acontecerá. Comprei um fogão e um forno, mas a loja quer que eu use somente os fornos. Parabéns pela gestão.
I had the misfortune to buy a product that was sold in partnership with Casas Bahia. Unbelievably the product was delivered wrong and to my surprise the cheaper part was duplicated (funny that part). The store refused to carry out the exchange leaving me with the equipment that together are useless. Therefore, if you buy from this company, do not allow the delivery person to leave without rigorously testing and checking the product, because if you need to resolve something with them, this will not happen. I bought a stove and an oven, but the store wants me to use only the ovens. Congratulations on the management.
