★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta com Dra. Eloisa pelo WhatsApp, mas precisei remarcar por motivos de trabalho. A atendente do whatsapp é péssima! Simplesmente informou que não atendem mais o meu plano, mesmo eu mostrando as informações que o próprio plano de saúde me informou, que o local atendia sim. Em resumo, se eu não tivesse ido remarcar, teria dado viagem perdida, porque nem sequer meu nome certo no cadastro escreveram, além de não se darem ao trabalho de me contatarem para informar que não atendia mais ao plano. Dr. Eloisa pode ser ótima, mas a clínica é péssima! Nunca mais marco absolutamente nada lá.
 I made an appointment with Dr. Eloisa through WhatsApp, but I had to reschedule for work reasons. The whatsapp attendant is terrible! He simply said that they no longer meet my plan, even though I was showing the information that the health plan itself informed me, that the place did. In short, if I hadn't gone to reschedule, I would have missed the trip, because they didn't even write my right name in the register, and they didn't even bother to contact me to inform me that I no longer met the plan. Dr. Eloisa may be great, but the clinic is terrible! I will never mark anything there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Falta pontualidade, marcam com vc o horário das 13 horas é o profissional só chega para atender as 14, um absurdo, falta de respeito ao paciente. Tá pior que o sus.
Terrible attendance. Lack of punctuality, they schedule with you the time of 1 pm and the professional only arrives to meet at 2 pm, an absurdity, lack of respect for the patient. It's worse than the sus.

Na recepção do primeiro andar muito calor , parecia que o ar não estava ligado, se estava não deu conta do ambiente. Porém atende bem atenciosa. Não sei se volto nessa clínica, somente pela demora ! Deveria ter mais respeito com o tempo das pessoas .
I waited almost two hours for the appointment, and I arrived at the correct time. At the reception on the first floor it was very hot, it seemed that the air was not turned on, if it was, it did not take care of the environment. But attends very attentive. I don't know if I'm going back to this clinic, just because of the delay! You should have more respect for people's time.

Super cozy atmosphere! I was worried about the diagnosis, but I was super reassured and well attended to. I will definitely come back and recommend. I liked the aesthetics too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigo marcar consulta pelo WhatsApp, pratico e rápido. Já fui duas vezes para Dr Ademar, atendimento rápido, as meninas da recepção atendem bem. A menina que faz o Eco, muito legal e atenciosa. Dr Ademar um medico bom. Fiz o teste da esteira e gostei tbm. Super indico.
I can book an appointment via WhatsApp, practical and fast. I've been twice to Dr Ademar, fast service, the girls at the reception are very helpful. The girl who makes the Eco, very nice and thoughtful. Dr Ademar is a good doctor. I did the treadmill test and I liked it too. I highly recommend.
