★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comecei a levar meus netos em março do ano 2014 para lhes propiciar oportunidades de fazerem exercício físicos já que passavam seu tempo livre da escola envolvidos com computador, celular, Ipad e outros do tipo. Pois encontrei muito mais do que apenas exercícios nas aulas de Kung Fu : disciplina, organização, formação de caráter. Os professores são vocacionados como se percebe pelo tratamento dado aos alunos que alia firmeza e conhecimento das técnicas com delicadeza, paciência e atendimento solícito .
Estou muito satisfeita e desejo poder continuar muito tempo levando as crianças para a academia.
 I started bringing my grandchildren in March 2014 to provide them with opportunities to exercise as they spent their free time at school involved with computer, cell phone, Ipad and the like. For I found so much more than just exercises in Kung Fu classes: discipline, organization, character formation. Teachers are vocational as perceived by the treatment given to students that combines firmness and knowledge of the techniques with delicacy, patience and thoughtful service.
I am very pleased and wish I could go on taking the kids to the gym for a long time.

Tenho um grande respeito pelos instrutores e funcionários da academia, que proporcionam um ambiente amigável para o treinamento, mas também dedicado e ponderado às necessidades dos alunos.
Not only did Central teach me traditional kung fu or self-defense and combat techniques, but it also taught me important values for maturity and personal growth such as respect, balance, and discipline.
I have great respect for the instructors and staff of the academy, who provide a friendly training environment, but also dedicated and thoughtful to the needs of the students.
