★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A anos compro os livros pela central. Gosto pq ja tem todos, e na falta., pode deixar encomendado q ao chegar eles avisam. Temos q ter a consciência, pois eles atendem todas as unidades escolares da zona sul. Quanto a papelaria as pessoas ñ tem a obrigação de comprar na loja. O atendimento das meninas são otimos, apesar da correria . Temos q respeita -las elas estão trabalhando.
 For years I bought the books through the exchange. I like it because it already has them all, and in the absence., You can leave it on order q when they arrive they warn you. We have to be aware, as they serve all school units in the south. As for stationery people ñ have an obligation to buy at the store. The service of the girls is great, despite the rush. We have to respect them, they are working.

Fora que não há controle de quem entra ou sai, e os próprios clientes com máscara no pescoço a vontade.
É um descaso sanitário, péssimo ver que não tiveram um mínimo de preocupação quanto a isso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possuem WhatsApp mas mesmo estando online todo o tempo nao responde nenhuma mensagem. Qdo liguei uma pessoa me atendeu com mta mau vontade e pediu para consultar as info no site. Eles tratam os clientes com muito descaso, nao recomendo!
They have WhatsApp but even though they are online all the time they don't respond to any messages. When I called a person answered me with a lot of bad will and asked to consult the info on the site. They treat customers with a lot of indifference, I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não consegui avaliar o lugar pois no Google informava que estava aberto até às 15h, sou de outra cidade e vim até aqui, cheguei e estava fechado, as informações e as atualizações da empresa no Google são muito importantes pra ajudar quem não conhece o lugar, fiquei muito desapontada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já cheguei na loja e fui surpreendida com a fala de uma atendente: a loja só acha de dar movimento já hora de fechar! Detalhe, faltavam mais de duas horas para o fechamento da loja.
Em seguida solicitei o cálculo da minha mercadoria para poder ver as condições financeiras se daria para levar o restante do material e logo fui surpreendida pela mesma pessoa pressionando a mim e a meu esposo para agilizar o pagamento.
Com muita educação pedi paciência a ela e que poderia fechar meu pedido, pois já não nós seríamos bem no ambiente. Muito triste com essa experiência.
Infelizmente apenas uma funcionária pode causar grandes prejuízos a empresa.
