★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O proprietário me atendeu e não deixou claro que o orçamento seria cobrado, e, de em acordo com o CDC, se o serviço orçado requer o desmonte da estrutura, e se isso gerar um custo, é ATÉ JUSTA A COBRANÇA, todavia o cliente deve ser previamente informado, E O DONO NÃO FEZ ISSO. Mesmo sem nenhum imprevisto, não entregou o carro no horário acordado. Enfim, não tive uma boa experiência nessa oficina.
The owner assisted me and did not make it clear that the budget would be charged, and, according to the CDC, if the budgeted service requires the dismantling of the structure, and if this generates a cost, the CHARGING is FAIR, however the customer must be informed in advance, AND THE OWNER DID NOT DO IT. Even without any unforeseen circumstances, he did not deliver the car at the agreed time. Anyway, I didn't have a good experience in this workshop.
