★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa não é pontual, o meu veículo ficou 4 meses e foi contaminado com vários pigmentos de outros carros... o dono da empresa não dava satisfação...passamos na frente e nosso carro estava jogado na calçada. E o Ivan não dava satisfação de nada, e o carro nunca ficou pronto... tivemos que tirar o carro de lá e serviço foi feito em outra oficina, onde foi cobrado o dobro do valor, por conta da contaminação das outras tintas, do tempo que nosso carro ficou nesta empresa. A empresa não oferece estufa de pintura... entendemos que o carro ficou abandonado, por conta do serviço ter sido pago à vista.
Levamos na Car Plus, onde o dono o Sr Reinaldo, dava todo o feedback de como estava ficando o serviço. Foi feito todo o alinhamento do carro... que lá sim é uma empresa séria, com profissionais capacitados, e toda a infraestrutura necessária. A Car plus cobrou um valor menor para oferecer o mesmo serviço que prometeu o Ivan, que não foi cumprido.... mas por conta de precisar descontaminar o resto do carro, ter que fazer cristalização, higienização (pois sim.. essa Central car além de td deixaram os vidros abertos, contaminando não só por fora, mas tbm por dentro de TODO O CARRO), polimento e conserto das rodas...por conta de todos esses problemas que foram causados, acabamos pagando o dobro do valor...e fora o que AINDA pagamos o Ivan... ficamos mto insatisfeitos com o serviço prestado...e indicamos a Carplus!!!! Se vc pesquisar não feche nada antes!!!! Vamos ter que entrar na justiça pra ter nosso prejuízo de volta, pois até nisso o Ivan não quer devolver o que foi pago!!!
The company is not punctual, my vehicle stayed 4 months and was contaminated with several pigments from other cars ... the owner of the company did not give satisfaction ... we passed in front and our car was lying on the sidewalk. And Ivan was not satisfied with anything, and the car was never ready ... we had to get the car out of there and the service was done in another workshop, where double the amount was charged, due to the contamination of the other paints, the time that our car was in this company. The company does not offer a paint oven ... we understand that the car was abandoned, because the service was paid in cash.
We took it to Car Plus, where the owner, Mr. Reinaldo, gave all the feedback on how the service was getting. All the car alignment was done ... that there is a serious company, with trained professionals, and all the necessary infrastructure. Car plus charged a lower price to offer the same service that Ivan promised, which was not fulfilled .... but because of the need to decontaminate the rest of the car, having to do crystallization, cleaning (yes ... this Central car besides td they left the windows open, contaminating not only on the outside, but also on the inside of the whole car), polishing and repairing the wheels ... because of all these problems that were caused, we ended up paying twice the amount .. .and other than what we STILL pay Ivan ... we were very dissatisfied with the service provided ... and we recommend Carplus !!!! If you search do not close anything before !!!! We will have to go to court to get our loss back, because even in this Ivan does not want to return what was paid !!!

Fiquei satisfeito com o serviço e recomendo.
A minha irmã também fez o seu carro e ficou também muito bom.

Hoje tentamos mais um contato com o Ivan, mas o mesmo foi muito arrogante, mencionou nós sermos enviados do capeta, e alegou ter feito o serviço que nem foi PEDIDO... Pois o pedido foi somente a pintura do paralama lado passageiro, o capô é o parachoque dianteiro... nada disso foi feito e a contaminação do nosso veículo foi grande.... além de passarmos na frente da empresa e nosso carro ter ficado ao lado de fora por um tempo!!!
Riscou as rodas do carro, e o Ivan mencionou que seria reparado, ele alegou também não estar batendo o pigmento da cor do carro, colocando a culpa na Mila Tintas Guarulhos, retiramos o carro do local, pois o mesmo falou que não iria mais fazer nada... Retiramos o carro, e fomos direto para a Mila Tintas, e o proprietário olhou o pigmento, informou que era o pigmento correto, porém o Ivan provavelmente estava misturando solvente, em uma tinta que já estava pronta!!!

Today we tried one more contact with Ivan, but he was very arrogant, mentioned us being sent by the devil, and claimed to have done the service that was not even REQUESTED... Because the request was only the painting of the passenger side fender, the hood it's the front bumper... none of this was done and the contamination of our vehicle was great.... in addition to passing in front of the company and our car being outside for a while!!!
He scratched the wheels of the car, and Ivan mentioned that it would be repaired, he also claimed not to be hitting the pigment of the car's color, blaming Mila Tintas Guarulhos, we removed the car from the place, because he said he wouldn't do it anymore nothing... We removed the car, and went straight to Mila Tintas, and the owner looked at the pigment, informed that it was the correct pigment, but Ivan was probably mixing solvent, in a paint that was already ready!!!
