★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deu problema na tela e falaram que fui eu que quebrei. Sendo que não tinha nada de indício de queda ou mau uso e estava na cara que foi a peça de segunda que colocaram. Pedi nota fiscal e não deram . Estou acionando o Procon.
There was a problem on the screen and they said that I broke it. Since there was nothing to indicate a fall or misuse and it was obvious that it was the second piece they placed. I asked for an invoice and they didn't. I'm calling Procon.

No primeiro atendimento deixei dois celulares para troca de bateria e foi uma enrolação para retira-los, um ficou ótimo, o outro, no dia seguinte já voltou a descarregar rapidamente. Voltei lá e ficaram com o celular alguns dias, pediram para deixar a tela desbloqueada (o cúmulo) para fazer testes e disseram que estava normal, que foi apenas a primeira carga falsa. Testei por mais uma semana sem sucesso, deixei lá novamente e disseram que era normal carregar 3 vezes ao dia. Agora quase 2 meses carregando 3 vezes ao dia e usando com muita dificuldade ele só fica ligado na tomada.

At the first appointment, I left two cell phones to change the battery and it was a nonsense to remove them, one was great, the other, the next day it was discharged again quickly. I went back there and they stayed with the cell phone for a few days, asked to leave the screen unlocked (the top) to do tests and said it was normal, that it was just the first false charge. I tested for another week without success, I left it there again and they said it was normal to load 3 times a day. Now almost 2 months charging 3 times a day and using it with great difficulty it only stays plugged in.
