Pra complicar mais ainda, o corretor que me vendeu o imóvel também vendeu a um sobrinho adentrando a questões internas que deveriam caber apenas aos condôminos. Pior experiência que já tive na minha vida se deve a bela lábia do corretor e ao bonito imóvel, porém, péssima estrutura e contruçao realizada pela AIT Construtora
