Terrible customer service, I bought 36.80 meters of ceramics, I waited a week and they didn't make the delivery, I had to ask for a refund of my money to be able to buy it at another store.

THE WORST STORE IN PATOS-PB, I BUY ALMOST 7 THOUSAND REAIS IN CERAMICS AND THE MOST HAS BEEN BROKEN AND THE STORE HAS THE ITS POLICY OF NOT CHANGING CERAMICS, THAT IS, THE CUSTOMER WHO TURNS AROUND.
DON'T WAST YOUR TIME BUYING IN THIS LOCATION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito burocrático.. um vendedor tira o pedido muito lentamente... depois vc paga no caixa.. depois vai pra área de entrega... tem que ter muita paciência.... deviam aprender com a praticidade da ferreira costa.. cliente pega, paga no caixa e vai embora.
Very bureaucratic.. a salesperson takes the order very slowly... then you pay at the cashier.. then it goes to the delivery area... you have to be very patient.... they should learn from the practicality of ferreira costa.. customer pick it up, pay at the cashier and leave.
