★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, nenhum compromisso, passei 2 dias tentando comprar dois míseros pacotes de flores, a entrega é horrível, eles atrasaram mais de 4 horas e depois eu ainda tive que ir buscar porque depois de 4 horas eles falaram que não poderiam mais entregar. Terrível. Nunca mais comprarei lá
Lousy service, no commitment, I spent 2 days trying to buy two measly flower packages, the delivery is horrible, they were more than 4 hours late and then I still had to pick them up because after 4 hours they said they could not deliver anymore. Terrible. I will never buy there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, ficaram de me mandar minha encomenda na parte da manhã e não entregaram, avisei que iria buscar e eles mandaram pra minha casa, resumindo paguei a corrida do cara que levou e minha ida e volta da loja. E quando fui questionar ainda foi mal educado.
Poor service, they sent me my order in the morning and did not deliver it, I told them I was going to pick it up and they sent it to my house, in short I paid for the guy who took it and my trip to and from the store. And when I went to question he was still rude.

Worst service! Lack of customer empathy... deceives the customer and still has no respect. It has a rude level of service. Women's day I received old flowers falling off all the leaves.
