Fui 3x na loja que me recordo.
A primeira fui muito bem atendido.
A segunda foi péssimo, os funcionários jogando no celular, olhando pro céu etc.
Na terceira foi razoável.
Essas idas foram em tempos diferentes, não sei o que mudou, mas da primeira vez que fui atendido para as outras, algo mudou e para pior.

The first one I was very well attended.
The second one was terrible, the employees playing on their cell phones, looking at the sky, etc.
In the third it was reasonable.
These visits were at different times, I don't know what changed, but the first time I was attended to the others, something changed and for the worse.

Long service, several employees serving 1 vehicle while the attendant always asking for 1 minute. I gave up and left.
