No entanto, decidi mudar as lâminas e entrei em contato, na sexta ( 08/10) via WhatsApp, no dia seguinte recebi o primeiro retorno, expliquei, mandei foto, a pessoa me solicitou o endereço e depois mais nenhum retorno. Ontem (13/10) isso, porque eu entrei contato, a pessoa me perguntou se a visita técnica poderia ser no dia seguinte, eu informei que sim, pela manhã e não recebi nenhuma confirmação. Agora a pouco a pessoa do atendimento envia uma mensagem pelo WhatsApp informando que entraram em contato comigo, mas que eu não havia atendido. Questionei a forma porque não houve nenhuma confirmação de visita para hoje e que se eu poderia amanhã. Enfim, desisti pela desatenção. Se vocês atendem pelo WhatsApp sejam no mínimo responsáveis em responder ao cliente. Farei o serviço com outra empresa, deixo aqui meu registro e espero que melhorem o atendimento inicial com os clientes.
The first time I hired the Blinds Center I had an excellent service, my installation was beautiful. However, I decided to change the slides and got in touch, on Friday (10/08) via WhatsApp, the next day I received the first return, I explained, I sent a photo, the person asked me for the address and then no more returns. Yesterday (13/10) this, because I got in touch, the person asked me if the technical visit could be the next day, I informed him that it was, in the morning and I didn't receive any confirmation. Just now, the service person sends a message via WhatsApp informing me that they got in touch with me, but that I hadn't answered. I questioned the form because there was no confirmation of visit for today and if I could tomorrow. Anyway, I gave up due to inattention. If you serve through WhatsApp, be at least responsible for responding to the customer. I will do the service with another company, I leave my record here and I hope they improve the initial service with customers.
