★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a oportunidade de estagiar na Central de Atermação e Distribuição dos Juizados Especiais Cíveis de Belém.
Foi um período curto, mas pude notar o quanto os servidores são preparados, atenciosos, respeitosos e preocupados em ouvir as causas daqueles que buscam justiça e mais informações sobre seus direitos.
Aprendi muita coisa. Mas é importante relatar que pelas medidas de segurança estabelecidas com o advento da pandemia o contingente de pessoal (servidores e estagiários) está reduzido. Então, apesar de estarem realizando atendimento presencial, a preferência é que façam o atendimento pelo site do Tribunal de Justiça, onde se encontra um formulário para preenchimento, preenchido tudo corretamente, eles agilizam o atendimento.
Porém, se estiver com dificuldades em termos tecnológicos, pode ligar, pedir informação e tentar agendar um atendimento presencial.
No mais, tenho só gratidão por todos os ensinamentos e confio demais no trabalho dos servidores lotados.
I had the opportunity to do an internship at the Central of Atermation and Distribution of the Special Civil Courts of Belém.

I learned a lot. But it is important to report that due to the security measures established with the advent of the pandemic, the number of personnel (civil servants and interns) is reduced. So, although they are providing face-to-face assistance, the preference is for them to provide assistance through the Court's website, where a form to be filled is filled out, everything filled in correctly, they speed up the service.
However, if you are experiencing technological difficulties, you can call, ask for information and try to schedule a face-to-face service.
In addition, I am just grateful for all the teachings and I trust the work of the full servers.
