Atendimento desrespeitoso ...trabalho na área de vendas nunca pensei que tivesse algo assim no mercado...
Solicitei falar com o responsável para abrir uma reclamação sobre o péssimo atendimento e simplesmente o atendente desligou o telefone e gritou comigo.
Se o primeiro atendimento o cliente é tratado com tamanho descaso e falta de respeito o que dirá as outras etapas.
Não recomendo está empresa pelo atendimento péssimo que recebi pela minha indignação faço está avaliação.
Acabaram de perder um cliente em potencial... e demais indicações...
Bad service I was totally indignant as a company answers the phone in such a disreputable way to generate a quote.
Disrespectful service ... I work in the sales area, I never thought there was something like that in the market ...
I asked to speak to the person in charge to open a complaint about the poor service and the attendant simply hung up the phone and shouted at me.
If the first customer service is treated with such disregard and lack of respect what will the other steps say.
I do not recommend this company for the terrible service I received for my indignation I do this evaluation.
They just lost a potential customer ... and other indications ...
