 I made a purchase on Friday online by card, they said my order would be reviewed. No satisfaction was given to my order, neither by email nor sms, and to top it all, there is no working phone for service, complete neglect with the customer!

Comprei 2 entradas de camarotes pelo site para segunda feira de Carnaval. Chegou no Email 20 minutos depois um vouche de compra pra o dia de domingo . Solicitei o estorno no mesmo dia e até hj não responderam o email nem fizeram o estorno no cartão
Terrible attendance.
I bought 2 boxes of tickets on the site for Monday of Carnival. Email came in 20 minutes after a purchase to vouche day Sunday. I requested a refund on the same day and until today they did not answer the email nor did they refund the card
