Alem de musculação a academia tem aulas de Yoga, Funcional, Fit Dance, Spinning, Alongamento e outras. Tem uma lojinha de suplementos e pequenos lanches dentro da academia. A academia fica localizada no Patio Cocó e tem estacionamento gratuito.
Well structured gym with good weight machines. It has a good service from the teachers and an excellent cleaning and sanitization of the rooms and equipment. In addition to weight training, the gym has classes in Yoga, Functional, Fit Dance, Spinning, Stretching and others. There is a little shop for supplements and small snacks inside the gym. The gym is located in Patio Cocó and has free parking.
