★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitas frontais com problemas as quais o representante desacredita do tecnico ,querendo garantir um produto que nem ele conhece,sendo que é obrigação do fornecedor trocar a frontal quantas vezes for necessaria,até porque vc pode levar a placa testar no ato da compra e meia hora depois com o aparelho em funcionamento a mesma apresentar problemas!!! deixo aqui meu arrependimento ďe algumas vezes comprei na loja porem não compro nunca mais!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu célular nesse estabelecimento no dia 07 de Maio de 2020 apresentando problemas na tela , foi colocado outra tela nele na qual o me disseram que era uma tela original, foi me dado também uma garantia de 03 meses onde caso a tela apresentasse problema durante esse período o estabelecimento iria resolver o problema. A tela custou 420,00, e em menos de uma semana começou apresentar os mesmos problemas voltei lá e eles mexeram no celular e o problema persistiu. Hoje dia 02/06 fui novamente lá e eles disseram que não poderia resolver porque o problema não era na tela, sendo que gravei todas as vezes que travava e ficava tremendo a tela, e mesmo assim não resolveram meu problema. Agora irei procurar o Procon e irei atrás dos meus Direitos do consumidor.
I took my cell phone in this establishment on May 7, 2020 showing problems on the screen, another screen was placed on it and I was told it was an original screen, I was also given a guarantee of 03 months where the screen had a problem during this period the establishment would solve the problem. The screen cost 420.00, and in less than a week it started showing the same problems I went back there and they messed with the cell phone and the problem persisted. Today 06/06 I went there again and they said I couldn't solve it because the problem was not on the screen, and I recorded it every time I crashed and the screen was shaking, and even then they didn't solve my problem. Now I will look for Procon and I will go after my Consumer Rights.
