★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nenhum retorno ao cliente, sempre tenho que ligar para cobrar retorno, mesmo assim quando o telefone e atendido. Realizei a compra de um guarda roupa, esta com observação em uma das gavetas, a 3 dias fiz contato com a loja, me garantiram que iriam solucionar o quando antes, sendo que não tem 7 dias que foi instalado. Ontem teve que ficar uma pessoa por conta no endereço, porque garantiram que ira solucionar ontem, ficamos esperando até agora, e nem um telefonema foi dado para se quer dar explicações.
